Abstract
- The author presents his views on the transition of youth and adults with complex physical disabilities from pediatric to adult-oriented health care services. He affirms that young people usually are able to regulate their own lives and take responsibility for their own health, through autonomy and independence. He believes that health care providers should listen to young people's views.
