Report Rebuts Goldman Claim.

The article discusses a report from the inspector general for the U.S. Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) that contradicts previous claims by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. that Goldman faced no material losses in the event American International Group (AIG) collapsed.
