Abstract

If globalization is ever to become a productive analytical tool and policy guide, it requires far more precision and clarity than now conveyed. This paper suggests a four-track framework encompassing political-legal, security, cultural-ideological, and economic affairs as indispensable requisites for globalization, each track containing at least three essential foundations of power. On the basis of these measures, globalization, despite the presence of some necessary architecture, remains a myth lodged between system anarchy and world government. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
