Abstract
- The article discusses factors in maintaining a good performance level for hospitals in the U.S. It says that proper management within hospitals includes sufficient facilities, accessible services for emergency patients, and breakthrough training for employees to commit best and appropriate practices. It also mentions that establishing proper organizational structure for performance monitoring, patient safety, and physician credentialing would help to organize the hospital's management orderly.
