Abstract

The article presents information on various meetings related to labor disputes to be held in various places. The Arizona Labor History Council and the Arizona State University will jointly sponsor the 1977 Southwest Labor Studies Conference scheduled to meet in Tempe, Arizona on March 4-5, 1977. The sponsors welcome conference proposals, papers, and participants from both the academic and labor-union communities there is a possibility that participants will have expenses paid by a pending grant proposal. The Forest History Society has published "Oral History Collection of the Forest History Society: An Annotated Guide." The fifth annual Mid-Atlantic Radical Historians Organization conference has been tentatively scheduled for April 16-16, 1977, in New York City. The theme of the conference will be "The Politics of Culture: Legitimation and Resistance in Advanced Capitalism."
