'Privy' Equity: Carlyle's Latest.

Abstract
- The article reports on an agreement entered by private-equity firm Carlyle Group with Connecticut to rebuild and operate the state's rest stops in exchange of a share of their revenues. The public-private partnership will involve an investment of 178 million U.S. dollars in the service areas by Carlyle and its partners. Dunkin' Donuts restaurants will also be added to the rest stops.
