Abstract

The author reflects on the decision by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to hold a trial for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the suspect for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, and his accomplices. He cites that one way to predict the outcome of the trial is to consider how the suspects would lie as advised by the al Qaeda organization. He states that the second way is to look at the trial of al Qaeda member Zacarias Moussaoui on charge of terrorism. He adds that the third way is to contemplate on the issues involving Ground Zero in New York City.
