Abstract

In a construction of machine, the parts that perform similar functions are not been sized at all times. The parts which are ripped functionally are standardized. These are named as standards or norms. (TS, DIN, EN, ISO, etc.) Due to standardization, the costs will decrease and also in all of the stages of construction, from drawing to production, from production to installation and after this, it will be a big easiness for operation and maintenance. Standardization will provide practicality and efficiency for alignment of parts that should be changed, and also provide solutions of which the accuracy and compliance are accepted instead of ones changing people to people. Economic problems but we have so often attached to people, instead of different solutions for accuracy and compliance solutions offer accepted. Inside geometric dimensioning the measurement tolerances have great importance when the standards such placed in these days. Tolerances and the quality of tolerances have been linked to international standards. During breakdown and planned maintenance in production, if the user complies with the measurement tolerances that determined by the producer of the machine, it will provide efficiency and reduction for the costs of production. In this case, in "maintenance engineering" first of all examination of the "geometric tolerances and dimensional sizing" must be known, performed absolutely and improved constantly.
