Abstract
- Jacobi proved an elegant identity involving eight-fold infinite products. In this paper, we give a new proof of this identity. A key ingredient of our proof is an identity satisfied by a Ramanujan-Selberg continued fraction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
