Abstract
- The article reports on a study conducted by veterinary practitioner Pat Kirwan on the prevalence of Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR) in Ireland. The study found that 80% of dairy herds in the country were positive of IBR. Kirwan discovered that dairy farmers found that their cows experienced a lingering cough and sudden drops in milk yield.
