Abstract
- A novel, low-cost, and simple circuit for driving a laser diode with low supply voltage was demonstrated. A laser diode was driven with a supplied voltage as low as 1.5 V using only two transistors and minimum passive components. © 2001 American Institute of Physics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
