Abstract
- The article offers information on the production of succinic acid with the use of agricultural products. It presents the potential of succinic acid as one of the biobased chemicals and the company ventures which targets succinic manufacturing. It notes that the said succinic acid potential was supported by Jean-François Huc, president of DNP Green Technology Inc. It also features the plans of Myriant Technologies to retrofit its ethanol plant to produce succinic acid.
