Abstract
- The article presents information on the amended Measures for the Administration of the Takeover of Listed Companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on August 27, 2008. The amendment revised Article 63 of the measures which concerns on the application to the CSRC by a concerned party for an offer exemption using the simplified procedure. The measures have been created to regulate takeovers of listed companies and related share interest changes in the country.
