Abstract
- The author features Seattle Public Library in Washington and discusses how can a library serves as an inspiration to its users. He states that the main element is the relationship it establishes with the people that are served. He cites the completion of the library's 10-year "Libraries for All" initiative in 2008, which led to the creation of a number of new branches and enhancements to other library buildings.
