Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein the U.S. Supreme Court denied a petition for certiorari in County of El Paso v. Napolitano. The petition was filed in December 2008 and was denied by the Supreme Court on June 15, 2009 wherein the Court did not present an explanation for the denial. The County of El Paso questioned the availability of judicial review in permitting broad delegations to executive agencies.
