In the Name of Jesus: Gender, Ministry, and the Mediation of Christ.

The author discusses the issue of women's ordination to the Anglican priesthood. The practice, however, is already authorized in some parts of the Anglican Communion but is aggressively being debated in other sectors, specifically among evangelical and Anglo-Catholic Anglicans. He explores the issue by focusing on the sacramental theology of priesthood concerning the issue of gender.
