Macao Family Education: The Challenge of Balancing Work and Family.

Recently benefitting from government policy, the Macao gaming industry has undergone rapid development and now hosts over 20% of the working population. Parents working in the casinos now face "on-shift duty" and long work hours, making it very hard to maintain a balance between work and family. At the same time, family education plays a significant role in the growth of children.
