Abstract
- The article offers suggestions for a 15-minute strength building workout. As suggested, first one should perform one set of each exercise including deadlifts, bench press, and reverse lunges. As suggested, this should be followed by one set of deadlifts, followed by one set of bench presses for a total of 3 times. It is advised that lastly one should perform one set of reverse lunges and one set of diagonal lifts/presses for three times. The steps for these exercises have also been explained.
