Abstract
- The article presents a study on the phylogenetics of the clade of temperate bamboo specifically the Arundaria and allies. The study employed 12 plastid DNA regions to include six major lineages including the clade of the Chimonocalamus, Shibataea and Arundaria. Results indicate that the phylogeny of the temperate bamboos are not similar and has classification of its morphology and has subclade. It further states that Arundaria has several lineages including Medake subclade and Sinicae subclade.
