What went right.

The article presents an overview of financial problems that Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece are facing in 2010 as a result of the global economic crisis and of an ability to prevent financial problems or adjust to them which has been seen in countries which were formerly communist. In the article the author offers opinions on the reasons that the formerly communist countries were able to adjust to the global economic crisis and on solutions to the other countries' problems.
