HOW DO YOU USE SOCIAL NETWORKING TOOLS?

The article reports on the findings of the March 2010 LMC One-Question Survey of school librarians concerning their use of social networking tools such as Twitter, Facebook, wikis, or blogs in the U.S. Accordingly, 48% of respondents reported on using the social networking technology for personal use only. Another 10.2% of respondents reported on using the tools as an instructional tool, and 11.7% of respondents maintaining social networking sites as part of their virtual library programs.
