THESIS ELEVEN: A VIEW FROM LONDON.

In this article the author offers a prediction of social change. He mentions that people have failed in predicting changes or even commanding it, such as the financial crisis in 2008 wherein few had just predicted the event. He states that world has lived in a place where social development has been controlled over class politics. He says that the people have several ways to interpret the world and to propose changes which may seem meaningless.
