Savage deregulation in Thailand: expanding Hallin and Mancini's European model.

In this article the author reflects on the savage deregulation involving global communication of Europe. She argues that the description of savage deregulation given by Daniel Hallin and Paolo Mancini is inaccurate and obscures the root causes of deregulation in region. The author also comments on the savage deregulation in the cultural and human rights characteristics of the media environment of Greece and Italy with reference to the savage deregulation in Thailand.
