EVOLVENT KONİK DİŞLİ ÇARKLARIN BİLGİSAYAR SİMÜLASYONU.

This paper studies the equations of rack cutters for generating conical gears with asymmetric involute teeth. By applying the equations of designed profile of rack cutter, the principle of coordinate transformation, the theory of differential geometry, and the theory of gearing, the mathematical model of involute conical gear with asymmetric teeth is given. Based on the given mathematical model, a computer program is developed for simulating the generation process. Numerical illustrated examples are given for straight and helical beveloid gears.
