Abstract
- The article offers information on the use of middleware and its impact on environment. It states that laboratories have been adopting the middleware technology to increase their efficiency. It is becoming popular because besides efficient output, laboratories are able to meet the environmental obligations. It facilitates laboratories to create, store and maintain images of the reports electronically. This helps in less paper use which in turn is environment friendly.
