Abstract: The article reviews several architectural design winners of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials' (NAHRO) Awards of Excellence in Project Design in the U.S. including Ted Zenich Gardens in Lompoc, California, Nia Apartments in Seattle, Washington, and the Marjorie Terrace in Walla Walla, Washington.
