Abstract

Focuses on a study which analyzed the diffraction of focus wave modes by circular and rectangular plane apertures using the Kirchhoff-Huyghens diffraction integral. Extension of Kirchhoff-Huyghens diffraction integral to arbitrary time-dependent fields; Approximation of the Kirchhoff-Huyghens integral.
