Abstract

The article presents the case study of a 37 year woman with very aggressive clinical behavior of spindle cells metaplastic breast carcinoma. Initially, she was examined with an ultrasoundguided fine needle aspiration cytology which revealed metaplastic sarcomatoid carcinoma of the breast. She was given the radiation therapy, intravenous bisphosphonate palliative therapy with zoledronic acid.
