Abstract

The article discusses the actions taken by the state administrations in California to address several environmental issues including climate change, dead zones and massive problems. It examines the effectiveness and accuracy of the conventional policy approaches proposed in administrative law scholarship to alleviate the said problems. It also explores the importance of clear awareness on the nature and challenges of the issues before responding them.
