Abstract: This article reports that although the F-22 stealth fighter plane fleet has been capped by the U.S. Air Force, there are plans to make the service's air dominance stronger by upgrading the long-range radars of the Air National Guard F-15C Golden Eagles. The F-15C can also be used for electronic warfare jamming and as attack aircraft.
