Fracaso Escolar y Absentismo en Menores bajo Medidas de Protección.

This article describes the schooling of minors whose families are included "P.E.R." and "P.E.P." programs (Social Protection Programs of the Valencia Council). It is about 216 minors, aged between 3 and 16, who are the total population. The description is based on the dimensions: scholar learning, scholar adaptation, educational needs and resources. The sources have been their teachers -- tutors of the current school year, whom we have directly interviewed -, and the reports written by the Council Assistants. The results show a deficient scholarship in all the dimensions, in spite of the educational resources offered, as well as significant differences depending on age, with older students having more problems.
