Abstract

The IT landscape is undergoing some of the most significant changes in decades. The growth of cloud-based and virtualised IT systems and services has been widely documented as being on the rise and showing no sign of slowing. In addition, increasing numbers of Generation Y employees are reaching senior positions within companies, bringing with them more modern attitudes towards the use of IT within business.
