Abstract
- An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editors discusses articles from papers presented at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) International Conference on Plasma Science (ICOPS) and the 23rd Symposium on Fusion Engineering (SOFE) held in San Diego, California from May 31 to June 5, 2009, including ones about thermal plasmas, electron beam plasmas and laser plasmas.
