Abstract
- The article discusses U.S. Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan and comments that Kagan wrote on educational policy memoranda that circulated in the White House when she was an aide to U.S. President Bill Clinton. Inferences are made from Kagan's handwritten notations about her policy views on kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) education.
