Abstract
- The article reports that the U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia to review the 2006 bribery convictions of former HealthSouth Corp. chief executive Richard Scrushy and Don Siegelman, the former governor of Alabama. Both men were convicted in a case related to a $500,000 contribution from Scrushy to a cause favored by Siegelman.
