Abstract

The sea urchins are more known of the group of the echinoderms, are animals that possess in their body a great number of plates or limy shields, wich manage to form a real skeleton, on which nones or projections are implanted, to this they owe their name, since echinoderm means thomy skin, the above mentioned thomy bones are provided with poison and toxic fluids.
