Antibiotic resistance by microorganisms, increased recurrent and intrahospital infections by medical devices contamination, and difficulty to healing wounds are some of regular problems in medical practice. Nowadays it is known that the origin of these facts is consequence of biofilm formation that these microorganisms develop as survival mechanism.
