Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old non-atopic woman with allergic contact dermatitis caused by apomorphine hydrochloride. Her life history showed that was a carer of her husband with Parkinson's disease and her hands were moistened on multiple occasions with apomorphine hydrochloride and had experienced one episode of paronychia and nail lesion after using nail varnish. She was advised to avoid contact with the drug and the dermatitis has been resolved.
