Second Life: Build, tell, jump in, and have fun!

The article presents the author's experience of joining the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), reading the Second Life events on the Web site, and being a member of the American Library Association (ALA) Island. She mentions several events she attended on significant library, technology and teaching professional development events, and reading books. She urges readers to join the ISTE Island, ALA, and the online multiuser virtual environments (MUVEs) in Teen Second Life.
