Abstract
- The article focuses on the user centered environment at the Belk Library of the Appalachian State University. It is stated that libraries always create policies that are library-centric and not user-centric. It mentions that library users expect courteous treatment, attentive and well trained staff and clean and attractive environment. It also offers several suggestions to create a user-centered environment.
