- The article offers information related to building commissioning. It highlights the development of the essential attributes of building commissioning by the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA). It states that the Commissioning Authority (CA) is in charge of the commissioning process and makes the final recommendations concerning the functional performance of the commissioned building.
