Abstract
- Presents the synthesis of six (6) polymeric copper(II)-lanthanide(III) complexes by the hydrothermal reactions of Ln[sub 2]O[sub 3] (Ln = erbium, gadolinium, samarium), pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (H[sub 2]pydc and copper(II) reagents. Induction of different structures of the polymeric complexes by the different forms of copper(II) reagents; Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities for 2, 4 and 5 complexes.
