Abstract
- The article reports that retailer Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is seeking to determine the sources of funding behind four lawsuits filed against it in California that seek to thwart its expansion. It has previously been disclosed that several grocers including Supervalu Inc. have secretly funded litigation against Wal-Mart, and have also hired Saint Consulting Group to oppose Wal-Mart's development plans.
