The article analyses degree of professional databases exploitation by users at Czech University of Life Sciences according to implemented questionnaire enquiry. The questionnaire is enclosed. The beginning of the article is dedicated to the questionnaire enquiry goals, the formulation of research hypotheses and the research sample specification. Detailed commentaries of responses to all the eight questions in the questionnaire follow. At the end of the article, the general evaluation of the questionnaire enquiry is formulated.
