Bina Yapısal Risk Unsurlarının CBS (Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri) Ortamında İncelenmesi.

GIS (Geographical lnformation System); is an information system which can do the essential queries and can put relation between spatial and aspatial data. GlS having a large field of usage main tain's Inany users to be included in the data at GlS at the same time. Structural elements can be searched, and the users can take rapid, correct, and effective decisions. A local area was chosen as studying area. A digital terrain model was done by transferring the maps of this area in to computer. Attribute data belonging to tlie people, buildings, flats, streets and districts in the studying area were collected. In addition to attribute data. strcİctural risk factors which are very important were included in this information system. All of the data were exposed to quires with GIs. So, NetCADIGIS program was used as a software for collecting, storing and inquiring of the data. Microsoft Excel was used to take report, and Microsoft Access was used as database.
