Abstract
- The article presents a study uses an acquisition protocol that increases the field of view of the tomographic dataset perpendicular to its rotation axis. It mentions that the research used the wide-field synchroton radiation tomographic microscopy which increases the lateral field of view by up to five times. It affirms that stacking tomograms can help increase the field of view along the rotation axis of the sample.
