Abstract
- The article presents a study that discusses the use of diamond-anvil cells (DACs) aimed at improving micro-XRF and XAFS experiments. It mentions that a confocal set-up has been established to enhance the quality of the fluorescence and XAFS spectra. It affirms that the result shows that the set-up suppresses signal from outside the sample chamber and creates excitation of fluorescence from the body of the DAC.
