- Compares the relevance of the feminist accounts of human embodiment for disability studies by Judith Butler and Maxine Sheets-Johnstone. Butler's notion that bodies are materialized via performances resignifying disability; Bipedal locomotion as an ingredient of our pan-hominid speciation, according to Sheets-Johnstone; Axiological aspirations of the feminists' views.
