Abstract

The article presents a study which evaluates the resistance and safety of quadrivalent human papillomavirus vaccine (QHPV) among children with HIV infections who are aging seven to 12 years old. It states that the HIV-infected children have received doses of QHPV at different week intervals and Luminex immunoassay has been used in measuring the serum antibody and QHPV antigens. The results reveal that the application of QHPV among children with HIV infection is safe and immunogenic.
