The analysis of effectiveness on 'transfer' through e-learning courses in industry and technology.

The article focuses on the utilization of electronic learning (e-learning) in virtual business and the business fields of technology and industry. It examines the concept of transfer in e-learning in regards to content retention, competence progress, business application, organizational support, achievement progress, and spread and extension. It states that a stratified sampling was used for the survey, examining the degree of transfer on a scale of one to five, and found that learners have a positive perception in the areas of achievement progress, competence progress, and content retention. It talks about differences in new employees and executives in application and comprehension of e-learning in technology and business.
